  10. 2 huevos

  1. Limpiar y cortar la calabaza a la mitad.
  2. Lavar, pelar y cortar los boniatos y las papas en gajos.Mandar al horno en una asadera con un poco de aceite junto con la calabaza pero antes agregarles aceite con los condimentos por encima y llevarlo al horno 40 minutos aproximadamente a 200° depende del horno.
  3. Mientras se cocina picar cebolla, morrón y acelga bien chiquito lo mismo con los tallos de la acelga.
  4. En un sartén poner un chorrito de aceite y agregar las cebollas cuanto estas estén transparentes agregar el morrón y la acelga revolver y dejar cocinar mientras rallamos la zanahoria y cortamos 2 tomates en cubitos y agregamos y volvemos a revolver.Cuando esto ya está cocido apagar.
  5. Pasado el tiempo de cocción de la calabaza sacar la y ahuecarla.Reservar.
  6. Al relleno agregarle la pulpa y los dos huevos y mezlcar bien hasta que esté todo homogéneo, rellenar la calabaza, agregar la muzarella y mandarla al horno durante 20 minutos aprox.a 200° junto con las papas para que se terminen de cocinar.
  7. Y listo!! Acompañarla con las papas, boniatos y cortar los tomates restantes en gajos y servir. A mí como me sobró relleno hice un revuelto de calabaza y serví.
