  6. Colocar en la licuadora los jitomates, dos dientes de ajo pelados y 1/4 de taza de agua.
  7. Licuar.
  8. Agregar la mezcla en la cacerola junto con la cebolla acitronada y dejamos hervir durante 3 minutos.
  9. Agregamos los granos de elote al caldillo de jitomate, nos vamos a dar cuenta que está comenzando a cocinarse porque nuestro caldillo es de color rojo intenso. En éste punto vamos a sazonar nuestro caldillo con un poco de sal al gusto.
  10. Dejamos hervir durante 5 minutos y agregamos las calabacitas, y las dos armas de epazote previamente lavadas, mezclar y dejar hervir de 8 a 10 minutos.
  11. Agregamos la carne que previamente cocimos y dejamos hervir unos 3 minutos. Retiramos del fuego.
  12. Servimos y agregamos crema y queso panela rallado o queso crema en boronas.
  13. Disfrutar
