Tapar un poquito la olla y dejarlo cocinar cinco o diez minutitos a fuego medio, siempre controlando. - Cortar y agregar el zapallo y el choclo que después se puede cortar en rueditas o desgranar. Sacar los tomates, quitarles la piel, cortarlos bien chiquito y devolverlos a la olla. Tapar un poco y dejar que se cocine a fuego medio, siempre controlando que no se vuelque ni se seque.
- En esta ocasión no usé condimentos ni sal porque usé un queso sardo que de por sí es salado, pero si ustedes gustan pueden agregarle los condimentos que quieran. Con curry y pimentón quedaría muy rico.
- Yo ya tenía las lentejas previamente cocidas así que una vez que las verduras estuvieron cocidas les agregué las lentejas, esperé que se calienten un poquito y apagué el fuego.
Serví un poco en una cazuela, coloqué cubitos de queso por salut, serví un poco más y por encima agregué queso sardo rallado. Quedó exquisito!!
