- 2 tazas Champiñones rebanados y cocidos con poquita sal
- 1 pimiento morrón cortado en tiritas
- 1 taza granos de elote cocidos
- 1 calabaza cortada en palitos
- 500 gramos queso oaxaca
- Para cuando salga del horno
- al gusto Cilantro fresco picado
- al gusto Catsup
- al gusto Tu aderezo preferido

- PARA LA MASA:
Formamos un volcán con la harina y al centro de la fuente agregamos el agua, la levadura y el azúcar. Estos tres ingredientes los mezclamos al centro con una cuchara y dejamos reposar 10 min.

Sofríe con un poco de aceite el ajo y cebolla, después añade el jitomate y el atún deja cocinar 5 min y retira del fuego. RESERVA. - La masa que hicimos alcanza para 2 pizzas grandes, así que la dividimos en dos, estiramos y colocamos en las charolas, pícala con un tenedor por muchos lados para que no esponje.
Encima de la masa colocamos, salsa de fondo sobre toda la masa.
Esparcimos los champiñones, el atún que guisamos, las verduras y al final el queso. - Llevamos al horno 35 min 180°C.
Sacamos, esparcimos cilantro fresco picado, sobre toda la pizza partimos en rebanadas y servimos. - Añade tus salsas y aderezos preferidos.
