- Para la masa:
- 300 gr harina integral
- 1 cda semillas
- 1 cdita sal
- 2 cdas aceite de oliva
- c/n Agua tibia

- Hervir los zapallos y los 2 huevos
- Picar las cebollas y saltearlas con una cdita de aceite
- Una vez que los zapallos hayan hervido, formar el puré de zapallo y agregar sal, pimienta, ajo y nuez moscada a gusto, agregar los 2 huevos hervidos picaditos, las cebollas salteadas, los 100 gr de casancrem, y los 100 gr de queso fresco en cubitos. (Si quieren pueden agregar un huevo crudo para el puré, aunque yo no lo hice y quedó bastante bien)
- Una vez tengamos el relleno hecho, en un bowl colocamos los 300gr de harina integral, la cdita de sal, y las semillas. En el medio agregamos el agua tibia y el aceite de olvia y amasamos hasta que quede uniforme.
- Estiramos la masa y la ponemos en un molde para tarta, agregamos el relleno, y por encima (opcional) colocamos queso en hebras y queda súper bien (yo no agregue porque me quede sin). La llevamos al horno por aprox. 30 a 40 minutos y Listo, Riquísima!.
