  3. Pasados unos 6 minutos aprox. verás que la verdura empieza a pocharse, echo un poco de sal para que la verdura saque el juguillo y termine de pocharse (si vemos que la verdura esta un poco seca echar otro chorritin de aceite).
  4. Pasados otros 4-5 minutos veremos que la verdura ya está pochada, añadimos el tomate a fuego muy bajito.
  5. En otra sartén echamos el pollo y cuando este echo añadimos a la cazuela con las verduras y el tomate y mezclamos bien todo.
  6. Cuando este todo bien mezclado ponemos la tapa y retiramos.
  7. Calentamos una sartén a fuego alto y vamos echando las tortitas de trigo para dorarlas un poquito “vuelta y vuelta” y vamos retirando a un plato (yo suelo poner un paño encima para que no pierdan calor).
  8. Por último solo nos queda poner todos los ingredientes encima de la mesa y a disfrutar! Una receta fácil y sana!!
  9. Al gusto en vez de tomate se puede echar guacamole (yo lo hago casero también), podemos añadir unos jalapeños y un poco de Tabasco para aquellos a los que les guste el picante!😊😊
