- A continuación pongo en el mortero otra cucharada de aceite pero esta vez le añado ajo en polvo, orégano y sal. Repito la operación de antes.
- Precalentamos el horno a 200º y metemos las tortillas en una bandeja de horno con papel para que no se peguen. En unos 10-15 minutos veremos que están tostadas y crujientes. Tenemos que tener cuidado de que no se nos quemen, así que es mejor prestarles atención.
- Ya solo queda cortarlas en forma de triangulo para que parezcan nachos. Yo suelo hacerlo con un cuchillo grande porque se me rompen menos. ¡Que las disfrutéis!
